Christmas wasn`t kind to my body this year. Prior to the festive period I was working out on my cross trainer three times a week and eating sensibly. My weight had dropped, I felt great and had bags more energy. Here I am at the end of January and my weight have piled on, I feel tired all of the time and I`m not a happy chappy. A new plan of action comes into force this week as I`m back on my trainer and starting to eat sensibly once more whilst taking a few Weight Loss Supplements. I`ve used Weight Loss Supplements in the past when I have wanted to lose fat quickly and they have always worked on my body. Over Xmas I let myself go a fair bit eating and drinking too much. Now I have to go cold turkey and start to eat more sensibly and as long as I keep exercising and taking my Weight Loss Supplements I should start to see results in a couple of months. Christmas wasn`t kind to my body this year but really I only have myself to blame. Still, I`ll eat smaller meals more regular, exercise at least three times a week and stick with my supplements until the weight starts to drop off.
